TitanceramiX is a unique and futuristic product that was released in 2017. It is derived from NanoceramiX; in fact, it contains the same ceramic nanospheres as the latter, mixed with additional chemical components of the highest quality and purity in an exclusive formulation. Nanospheres confer anti-condensation and thermo-reflective properties, while the additional compound gives the additive (and therefore the paint to which it is added) antibacterial, anti-mold and photocatalytic properties.
TitanceramiX‘s anti-mold agents are the same as the best anti-mold paints on the market, while the photocatalytic titanium dioxide used for the formulation is of the latest generation used in many architectural works around the world.
TitanceramiX also has the ability to capture organic particles in the air, acting as an anti-odor material and contributing to the healthiness of interiors in an innovative way.

THERMAL PAINTING
TitanceramiX is a compound of thermoreflective ceramic nanospheres, further enriched with anti-mold, sanitizing, anti-odor, photocatalytic particles of the latest generation, with exclusive formulation patented in Italy.
TitanceramiX’s formula includes all the properties of thermal paint and anti-mold paint, anti-ndensa, photocatalytic, anti-pollution, anti-sunbed, in a revolutionary additive to be added to any indoor and outdoor painting.
PROTECTION FROM UV DEGRADATION
The nanospheres that are the basis of TitanceramiX are characterized by a thermoreflective power to radiant heat, so as a raw material they contribute to protection from ultraviolet radiation, especially outside a building. Innovative high purity particles have been added to TitanceramiX’s formula, which can shield the substrate from UV radiation. The thermoreflective power of the nano-thermal particle is increased, and at the same time TitanceramiX gives greater durability to external surfaces subject to sun exposure.
EXTREME ANTI-MOLD PERFORMANCE
TitanceramiX is an anti-mold of extreme durability and effectiveness, because the special nanotechnological particles contained, which are solid state and with a high degree of purity, deteriorate much more slowly than common liquid compounds. The UNI EN ISO 20645:2005 anti-mold tests carried out on supports treated with a traditional painting containing TitanceramiX show an impressive performance equal to SIX TIMES the reference standard in terms of inhibition of bacterial growth! Sanitization and photocatalytic activity are also related to this potential and further increase the scope and durability of anti-mold agents.
ACTIVITIES, PHOTOCATALYTICS
In synergy with the absorbent activity of nanoporose particles, the photocatalytic action of TitanceramiX is due to the addition, in the patented formula, of the latest generation photocatalytic titanium dioxide, additive to cooperate with the other components in order to carry out a decomposition action of many organic particles that come into contact with the surface, such as mold, bacteria and volatile organic particles (VOC) that by convection settle on the surface. Photocatalytic titanium dioxide is also capable of transforming oxide and nitrogen dioxide (NOx), the organic part of fine dust (PMx), and many other harmful substances into salts and CO2. The formula is designed to allow titanceramix to be added to colored paints as well. The photocatalytic action, in summary, allows to purify the air and contribute to the improvement of healthiness inside the building.
WIPE OUT EFFECT SANITIZATION ACTION
TitanceramiX’s patented formula contains the latest generation sanitizing agents that, at an early stage, are dispersed in the solid matrix of the product. During the mixing phase with painting, thanks to contact with the aqueous liquid base, additives are chemically activated and give the painting a high sanitifying power. This particular feature is immediately manifested at the moment of dyeing, when the treated surface, still moist, undergoes a strong and immediate sanitization process from all micro bacteriological charges.
ODOR ABSORBER
In the patented formula of TitanceramiX there are nanotechnological particles capable of absorbing volatile organic substances and gaseous substances present in the indoor environment.
This feature is in close synergy with photocatalytic activity. At night the absorber comes into action, and, like a sponge, catches odors, gases present in the environment. In daylight, the photocatalyst, based on photocatalytic titanium dioxide, excited by the light radiation present in the environment, decomposes the organic carbon-based compounds that settle on the surface and those trapped by the absorber. The result is expressed with a simple concept: air purification.
It is available in packs of:
0.40 kg for 5 liters of paint (for 25-30sqm);
1.20 kg for 15 liters of paint (for 75-90sqm);
6.00 kg for 75 liters of paint (for 375-450sqm).
We recommend applying Titanceramix on interior walls with rough bases, such as civil plaster, fine mortar or the like. Recommended minimum doses: 80 grams of additive per 1 liter of undiluted paint
