NanoceramiX is an additive in ceramic nanospheres that makes any paint nanothermal. On the Italian market for over 10 years, NanoceramiX has become one of the most innovative products in the field of nanotechnology applied to thermal insulation.
NanoceramiX is the ONLY ceramic microsphere compound patented in America in collaboration with N.A.S.A. (American trademark Insuladd Additive, N.A.S.A. Spin Off Program 2007).
The ceramic microspheres contained in NanoceramiX are special thanks to the nanotechnological coating, which increases thermal performance compared to common microspheres, and increases both the washability and breathability of the paint in which they are mixed (which is why it is called a nanosphere). This unique product feature, combined with serious and consistent support and extremely positive feedback in Italy for decades now makes NanoceramiX one of the leading products in the field of thermal paints, with thermo-reflective, anti-mold and anti-condensation features.
In summary, the fundamental characteristics of the product are:
ANTI-MOLD AND ANTI-CONDENSATION ACTION
NanoceramiX creates on the treated surfaces a macroporosa thermoreflective texture that favors the dispersion of water vapor and counteracts the proliferation of mold preventing the formation of condensation.
The water vapor present in the vicinity of an internal wall treated with NanoceramiX is dissipated by the continuous passage of reflected heat, and then transhale through the wall thanks to a high porosity of the radiant thermal barrier composed of the ceramic nanosphere.
ENSURING A CLIMATE OF WELL-BEING ALL YEAR ROUND
As mentioned, NanoceramiX can be applied both outside and inside.
When the application is outside the product, in the summer cycle, allows the walls to repel the radiant heat of the sun while keeping the interior of the house cool in the warmer months.
Thanks to the application of NanoceramiX inside, however, the walls retain the radiant heat of the domestic heating in winter and the cool resulting from the air conditioner in summer, thus limiting their dispersion outwards.
This accompanies another important property of NanoceramiX, namely increased energy savings.
REDUCING ENERGY COSTS
NanoceramiX, in fact, allows a reduction in air conditioning and heating costs, thus reducing the monthly costs related to energy consumption, lightening the bills!
EASE OF APPLICATION
After mixing NanoceramiX with painting in the recommended doses, it is enough to apply the compound directly to the surface that you want to make thermoreflective.
During the drying process of the paint layer nanospheres gradually approach, welding at the molecular level and forming the thermal barrier that blocks and reflects the passage of heat.
For proper mixing of NanoceramiX it is recommended to watch the available video!
NanoceramiX could alter the tone of the painting.
Before using the product it is advisable to read the Data Sheet and the Safety Data Sheet!
We recommend applying Nanoceramix on interior walls and on exteriors with rough bases such as civil plaster, fine mortar or the like. Recommended minimum dose: 100 grams of additive per 1 liter of undiluted paint.
It is available in packs from:
0.5 kg per 5 liters of paint (for 25-30sqm);
1.5 kg per 15 liters of paint (for 75-90sqm);
7.5 kg per 75 liters of paint (for 375-450sqm);
